Terms and Conditions

1. The Promoter
   The promoter is Western Region Automotive Pty. Ltd trading as Sinclair Isuzu UTE (ABN 72 112 718 420), located at 117/121 Great Western Hwy, Kingswood NSW 2747.
2. Promotion Period
   The promotion commences at 8:30 AM AEST on 25 August 2026 and closes at 5:30 PM AEST on 30 September 2026 (the "Promotional Period").
3. Eligibility Criteria

• Entry is open to private and small ABN buyers who are Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
• The promotion strictly excludes Government buyers and large rental/national fleet buyers.
• To qualify, the eligible customer must purchase any new or demonstrator, in-stock Isuzu D-MAX or Isuzu MU-X vehicle from Sinclair Isuzu UTE during the Promotional Period.
• Delivery Condition: The vehicle must be sold, cleared for finance (if applicable), and physically delivered to the customer by close of business on 30 September 2026.
• This offer does not apply to factory backorders, pre-orders, or vehicles delivered after the promotional deadline.

1. The Promotional Gift (The "Upgrade Pack")

• Each qualifying vehicle delivery will receive one (1) Integrated Wireless Phone Charger and one (1) set of Front & Rear Premium Carpet Floor Mats.
• The wireless phone charger and carpet floor mats will be fitted to the vehicle prior to final handover.
• The complimentary upgrade pack includes the cost of the parts and standard dealership installation.

1. General Limitations & Variations

• This promotion is only applicable to vehicles currently held in physical stock on the yard at Sinclair Isuzu UTE. Stock is strictly limited and subject to availability.
• The Upgrade Pack is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, discounts, or alternative vehicle accessories.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other factory retail offer, localized dealership discount, or corporate program unless explicitly approved in writing by dealership management.
• The Promoter reserves the right to validate the eligibility of all purchases and to withdraw, extend, or alter the terms of this promotion without prior notice in the event of stock exhaustion or unforeseen logistical delays
